How it works

Your customers text your dedicated business number. Right Hand handles everything else.

01

A customer calls or texts your number

A GC texts: "Need you for rough-in Tuesday." A homeowner calls and leaves a voicemail. Either way, Right Hand answers instantly — replies professionally, books the job, and notifies you.

02

Right Hand keeps you on track

Every morning you get a text with your day's schedule. After each job, Right Hand checks in: "Did you finish the Smith job?" Reply to close it out or send an invoice — no logging in required.

03

You run it from the truck

Text Boss Mode: "Smith done, invoice $850" and the invoice is created and sent to your customer — with a card payment link, or Venmo/Zelle if you prefer. No paperwork. No laptop.

Everything a solo contractor needs

Whether you work with GCs, homeowners, or both — built for one person running a real trade business.

📞

Answers calls and texts — automatically

Stuck under a sink? On a roof? Right Hand answers every call and text the moment it comes in. Voicemails get transcribed, replied to via SMS, and logged as a new lead — before you even know someone called.

📋

Invoices sent without QuickBooks or Stripe

Text "Smith done invoice $850" and your customer gets a payment link instantly — card via Stripe if you're connected, or Venmo/Zelle/Cash App if you prefer. Works on day one with zero integrations.

📅

Automatic calendar sync

Every confirmed job — GC subcontract or homeowner service call — lands directly on your Google Calendar. You always know where you need to be.

☀️

Your day, handled

Every morning Right Hand texts you your schedule, overdue invoices, and what needs attention. After each job it checks in: "Did you finish the Smith job today?" Close it out or fire an invoice — right from your texts.

Stop missing calls.
Stop answering texts at 8 PM.

Set up takes 5 minutes. You get a local number, your AI is live, and your next call or text — GC or homeowner — gets handled automatically.
