1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Right Hand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all contractors, users, and contacts who interact with a Right Hand-powered phone number.

2. Description of Service

Right Hand is an AI-powered business operations platform for independent trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and others). The Service includes:

  • A dedicated business SMS phone number
  • AI-assisted message classification and auto-replies (powered by Google Gemini)
  • Job pipeline management and tracking
  • Invoice creation and tracking
  • A web dashboard for monitoring jobs, messages, contacts, and invoices

3. SMS Messaging Terms

For Contractors (Account Holders)

By registering for Right Hand, you consent to receive SMS messages from your Right Hand system number, including job confirmations, AI reply logs, and system alerts. Message frequency varies based on your business activity. Message and data rates may apply.

For Contacts (GCs, Clients, Homeowners)

When you text a contractor's Right Hand number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies related to your job inquiry from that contractor's account. These messages are sent on behalf of the contractor, not Right Hand directly.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, text START.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business operator to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Right Hand to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing texts
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive any person
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass or hack the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. AI-Generated Content

Right Hand uses Google Gemini AI to generate SMS replies on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of messages sent through your Right Hand account. Right Hand is not liable for the content of AI-generated messages.

7. Fees and Billing

Right Hand may charge subscription fees and/or transaction-based fees (e.g., a percentage of invoiced amounts processed through the platform). Current pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Right Hand and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Right Hand and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data (contacts, jobs, messages) entered into the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
